How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing time may vary based on the product and the number of ongoing orders.
Usually, it takes between 2 to 4 days, from order confirmation to part printing and packaging. entre 2 à 4 jours entre la prise en compte de ta commande, l’impression des pièces et l’emballage.
What are the shipping times?
I am currently working with the postal service for your shipments.
Once shipped, the delivery times are as follows:
● 2-3 days for delivery within France
● 2-5 days for delivery within Europe
● 2-9 days for delivery to the rest of the world
Please note that I drop off packages twice a week at the post office, on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
Can I request a return/refund?
Each accessory is made to order, in the color of your choice, and as such, returns are not accepted.
If you have any issues with any of the products, please contact me as soon as possible, and we will discuss it.
