Who am I?

Hi! I'm Sylvain.

A stay-at-home dad and a creative jack-of-all-trades, I've worked in architecture, video games, and perfume design as a 3D artist.

After a long period of doubt and self-exploration, also delving into traditional arts, I’ve come to accept the truth: I’m not meant to be a specialist in just one field.

The birth of the Modokits project has gradually helped me reconcile with myself.

Imagining, designing, modeling, and bringing an object to life that addresses a specific problem is an activity that perfectly suits my jack-of-all-trades nature.
And I’m proud of it.

The Products

Above all, the products I design all address a specific need through one or more innovative features.

I place great importance on owning your tools and accessories.
The most obvious way to achieve this is through customization. By allowing you to choose the color of each part of the accessory, I offer the opportunity to make it unique, personal, and a reflection of yourself.

I’ve also chosen to sell them as do-it-yourself kits.
In addition to reducing costs and, therefore, the sale price, this choice primarily strengthens the bond we create with the everyday objects we use.
